Refund Policy for EXIVO GROUP
At EXIVO GROUP, operated by Importix LLC, we value your satisfaction. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn or unused.
With all original tags and in its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damages and Issues (Action Required)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requirement: To process a claim for damaged goods, you must provide clear photos and/or a video showing the defect. This is necessary for us to coordinate with our logistics partners and suppliers.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Items purchased during a final sale or using gift cards.
4. Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
